Your point two about not eating three hours before bed is something a friend had just told me a few weeks ago! I've been avoiding evening snacking ever since and have noticed a big difference. An added benefit is that I'm snacking less and losing a little weight! Now when we go out and eat later in the evening, I end up waking in the middle of the night with heartburn, which had never happened before. Crazy!
Yeah, it’s a bit of a game changer. It really helps having a good 14 hours of “fast” too. Gives the whole system a break. I’m now training myself to have a later breakfast ti extend it a little further
Great tips and reccomendation for sleep! I would add that supplements are also a great way to boost your quality of sleep: good quality magnesium, l-theanine, GABA, ashwagandha, 5-HTP, tart cherry extract - all of these are great for relaxing the body and mind and get good quality sleep.

Ah, that’s an interesting list. I take a multi vitamin, magnesium and vitamin D.
I don’t take them to improve my sleep though. That’s an interesting angle. Thanks.
You are very kind to include us in your recommendations, Martin.
