It is not easy to build new habits, especially if it requires your body to give up its comfort. Habits on writing has become easier but habits on exercise remains a challenge. Of the 6 steps, 2 and 5 are the most important to me, because this is the 2 key factor that can help anyone build a new habit fast. Very good article Martin. I enjoyed it.

This is so true. I was taught in training to be a chef that; "prior preparation prevents p*ss poor performance" and I think that applies here. You have to be ready to be ready.
