Cold showers are key. I started doing those off and on awhile ago....still working on it! Lol

Excellent ideas here, and a resounding yes to all of this, except I work with pregnant women and young families, and for us, a high-protein breakfast early in the morning is essential. Without that morning meal, there’s just not enough time in the day to digest what’s needed nutritionally (and especially to get it all in before sunset when the circadian system needs time for autophagy during the rest period). I know other demographics can do well with the morning fast 👍
