3 Powerful Habits of Successful People That Will Help You Thrive
Here are the 3 things to put in place now before you can be successful in life.
The thing is, life happens and sometimes plans don’t work out exactly how you want or expect them to.
For you, the best thing is to lean into life and experience it.
Good and bad. Both will allow you to grow as a person.
You can build resilience systems that will allow you to confront strife head on and without fear.
1. Build relationships you can fall back on
Who is going to be there when life turns in the wrong direction?
You probably already know who those people are that will be there when the worst happens although sometimes it takes a crisis to actually find out. Take time out in the good times to build strong relationships. Give more than you receive and you will find you build a solid network you can rely on.
This will ensure you have a good support network.
2. Build a solid financial base
You don’t need to be a millionaire but by having 3–6 months expenses in cash for emergencies you will have a cushion for any crisis if it hits.
I’m not going to lie, saving money has never been difficult for me.
Some might say I’m tight but I’m really not. I feel I’m generous. But, when it comes to putting money away at the end of the month my Savings Account is the first person to get paid. I get excited about seeing the money build and investments start to make a return.
Building this reserve will give you that fall back if the worse happens and you lose your income. Set up a regular savings account and drip feed a manageable amount in each month. You will be surprised how quickly it builds up.
You will immediately feel more secure to make bolder decisions in your life if you have a solid financial base.
3. Build your personal resilience
I was only 26 when I realised I was not taking care of my body as I should.
